Sam: When I was in college, I used to have a roommate who was very messy. She never cleaned up after herself and it was annoying to live with her. However, I learned that it's important to talk to your roommates and look for a way out together so that everyone can live without any problems.

 

Tim: At my first job, I had a colleague who was always negative and complained about everything. It was hard to work with him, but I learned that you can't change other people's behavior and it's better to concentrate on your own work and stay positive.

 

Chidi: I used to have a coach who pushed me to be my best and helped me improve my skills. I'm grateful for his help and support, and I still keep in touch with him to this day.

Michael: Sometimes I meet strangers or run into visitors in my city. It's always interesting to hear their stories and learn about different cultures and points of view.

 

Christopher: In school, I had classmates who became my close friends. We studied together and had fun outside of class. It's important to have positive and caring people around you.

 

Natalie: Once on vacation, a rude hotel guest asked for many things. I stayed calm and polite, and eventually, he apologized. It taught me the importance of patience and understanding.

 

Eleanor: I have a neighbor who is always kind and helpful. It's great to have someone nearby who is always ready to help.


Sophie: On a long flight, I sat near an unhappy passenger. They complained about the food and seats. But I decided to talk to them and learned they had a difficult time in their life. After our talk, they were thankful. I learned that sometimes people just need someone to talk to and show a little understanding.
